1.Responsible for basic maintenance and operation of the lithium battery laboratory, equipment management, and maintaining the 5S standards in the lab.

2.Conduct experimental evaluations of customer materials and produce written reports; able to work independently after training.

3.Have an interest in equipment operation; after becoming proficient, may be required to perform on-site debugging and acceptance at customer locations.

4.Perform other tasks assigned by the management.

1.Associate degree or higher in materials science, physics, chemistry, engineering, or related fields.

2.Willingness to travel for short-term assignments.

3.Familiar with the working principles and internal composition of lithium batteries; experience in battery preparation is preferred.

4.Basic knowledge of electricity; electrical experience and laboratory equipment operation experience are preferred.

5.Strong management awareness and coordination skills, with a good service orientation.

6.Proficient in basic office software, with basic writing skills; experience with Photoshop (PS) is preferred.
